CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program) is a program which allows Medicaid receiver to choose their own caregivers. Rather than the conventional home care service which required patients to allow strangers into their homes, CDPAP encourage individuals to enjoy freedom and independence of choosing their own caregiver.
